Volunteering

Every archery FAMILY is expected to complete 3 hours of volunteer time with the club.

There will be opportunities to get your 3 volunteer hours by helping at practice, with pictures, at the home tournament, state, and heading committees. 

Volunteer sign up is on a First Come First Serve basis! So, if you know you are NOT going to be able to attend the home tournament or state tournament, then you should be signing up for other volunteer hours to get your 3 hours completed ASAP. 

If you sign up to help at State you will be helping to fulfill your hours, but you will also be helping the club because the club gets a stipend for each person who volunteers at State. The OFFICIAL links for State Tournament Help will be posted later in the season.

Volunteer hours will be monitored throughout the season.

If your hours are not completed you will pay a $300 fee.

Failure to pay this fee by the EOY Banquet will exclude your archer(s) from registration the following season.
